Retired Steelworker , LTV Line Shop with 38 yrs seniority as an electrician. He is also an electrical contractor and General Contractor licensed in Northwest IN and several communities in IL. Previously an electrical inspector in Highland, IN. Has been instructing classes in several facets of building trades for ICD and is an instructor at Joliet Junior College in Joliet , IL. Bill has 2 daughters and 3 grandchildren and lives in Highland, IN. He Is now engaged in wiring Habitat for Humanity homes with volunteer steelworkers through a residential wiring class sponsored by ICD and USW local 1066 in Gary, IN
