What does consent of instructor mean?
If you have the skills and don’t need the pre-requisite course,
call JobLink and we will put you in touch with the instructor. Once the instructor talks to you, he/she can determine if you have the skills you need for this advanced class. Bottom line: the instructor wants to make sure that you will be successful in the class you are taking.

Online registrations will only be accepted if submitted within the designated registration dates.
Registrations will be processed in a timely fashion during normal business hours.
Retirees and Spouses of Active Local 1010 members may use this "Online Registration" option on their designated registration days.
Spouses who are registering for the first time, must register in person.
Active Local 1010 have the option of registering by phone.

Voicemail messages cannot be accepted as registration. Please leave a message with clear contact information, and we will call you back so you can register over the phone..

Please be aware of this change in policy as it may affect how you register for

Retirees and spouses can sign up for any eligible class
(a diamond class) during the week before the start of that
Online registration will begin at 8:00 am and phone and
in-person registration will begin at 9:00 a.m.
No one will be registered by leaving a voicemail message.
You will receive your confirmation at that time, but we cannot
guarantee a spot for any spouse or retiree.
Please note that if you register online or by phone, your
confirmation will be mailed to you.
Example: If you wish to take a class scheduled to begin on the 19th of the
month, registration for that class will begin on the 12th. So the earliest you
could register would be 8:00 a.m. through online registration. In-person and
phone registration would begin at 9:00 a.m. Registration will still be on a
first-come, first-serve basis.
